Heat and electricity: from our own house.

Our combined heat and power plant generates heat and electricity at the same time. It runs on liquefied gas. On the roof, a photovoltaic system adds electricity from the sun. So part of the energy you use in the house comes straight from the house.

Water and cleaning: with care.

Water-saving fixtures are at work in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Cleaning is done with hot steam.

Set breakfast table with regional products, no food waste

Breakfast: a laid table instead of a crowd.

At a laid table you get what you actually eat, so less is left over. We slice cheese and cold cuts fresh when you are there. Butter comes as a piece, yoghurt in a glass, jam in a small pot. Mountain cheese comes from local dairies, and on request our team will gladly name the beekeeper and the alpine pasture. In the kitchen we work by the nose-to-tail principle.
