Have you ever wondered on holiday why breakfast is often the most hectic moment of the day? The clattering of plates, queuing at the coffee machine, the restlessness in the room. At Bergsonne Allgäu, we cut these old habits. We believe luxury means simply being allowed to stay seated. We swap the loud buffet for the "set table".

We love our homeland. That's why sustainability for us isn't lip service, but an attitude. By forgoing huge buffet areas, we reduce food waste by half. We only cut your cheese when you're there. It's fresher, more honest, and our shared contribution to the nature that surrounds us up here on Imberg.
Three stages of your morning. Table, Market, People.
1. Your welcome at the table
When you enter our light-filled dining room, your place is already a promise. No searching, no jostling. Your table is lovingly set: Fragrant bread in the basket, good farm butter, homemade jam, and a hot pot of coffee are already waiting. It's the highest form of calm – you arrive and are allowed to take a deep breath first.
2. The marketplace. Your pantry
For everything else, there's our "marketplace" – a small, refined self-service area full of regional treasures. Here you'll find our juice station with clear mountain juices, pleasure glasses with fresh yogurt, muesli or fruit salad, and our egg station with perfectly boiled 5- and 10-minute eggs.
3. The centerpiece. The presentation service
This is the moment we take time for you. We come to your table with our large wooden board. On it you'll find a daily changing selection: spicy mountain cheese from the dairy next door, mild ham or hearty Landjäger. We start a conversation: "Shall it be the strong cheese from the Strausbergalpe today?" You choose, we serve it to you. No "leftovers", but focus on the pure product.

Dew-fresh | 07:00 – 08:30
For the summit stormers. The mountain calls, service is swift. Grab our "Summit Bag". You're explicitly welcome to make yourself a sandwich for your hike and take it along.
Sun warmth | 08:30 – 10:30
For savourers. Time for the second glass of juice, good conversations, and the full attention of our team. Light floods the room, the day unfolds in all tranquility.
Leisure time | 10:30 – 11:00
For the late sleepers. The transition is gentle. We actively offer you what's still available – a relaxed fading out until the midday silence settles in.
