The easiest way is to book directly on bergsonne-allgaeu.de. There you will see the current daily price for your period and all additional services. You always complete your booking in the booking system there, only this price is binding. If you have questions beforehand or need support, write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de. A note if you are coming with a dog: This is only possible with a direct booking with us, not through a portal.

We have 16 rooms, between 17 and 26 square meters. There are five categories: Smart Doppelzimmer, Komfort Doppelzimmer, Alpinpanorama Doppelzimmer, Komfort Familienzimmer and the Pflegezimmer. Single occupancy is possible, for which a separate price applies. 11 of the 16 rooms are barrier-free. Each room bears the name of a peak, its story can be found in the Gipfelbuch in the room.

From your room you enjoy the mountain world in all its facets, from mountain views to wide panoramas. Some rooms have their own balcony, depending on the room. If a balcony matters to you, ask Lio before booking. An upgrade is possible on request, subject to availability.

Plans change, we know that. Our cancellation conditions at a glance: You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. From 6 days up to the day of arrival, we charge 50 percent of the total price. If you do not arrive without cancellation, we charge 90 percent of the price. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, then you are covered for all eventualities.

Of course, we hope you will come. If you do have to cancel, just write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de, with your name and the period. Between 08:00 and 18:00 we will get back to you within an hour, outside these times at the next business hour. The following applies: free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, 50 percent of the total price from 6 days up to the day of arrival, 90 percent for no-shows.

We do not have separate business or corporate rates. Two things still help you: As a business traveler, you are exempt from the tourist tax, and from 21 days of stay, there is a 15 percent discount on the daily rate. Our prices are dynamic, the booking system always shows you the valid price for your period. The Co-Working area is available for work, bookable for 39 Euro per day.

The easiest way is for each group member to book independently directly with us. If you wish, we will support you. In that case, as the group booker, you are responsible for the check-in and payment of the entire group. For this, we need the desired room distribution as well as the number and age of the fellow travelers in advance. Write to us about this at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de.

You can pay by advance bank transfer, card, or mobile payment. Cash is not possible with us, the house is completely cashless, but all other methods are open to you, without a minimum amount. If you want to transfer in advance: If your arrival is less than 48 hours away, we need a real-time transfer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, the Bergsonne is completely cashless. But everything else is possible: card, mobile payment, and advance bank transfer, without a minimum amount. Payment at the Maxibar is also cashless. There you register your credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay once, and the outstanding amount is settled upon departure.

We have no cots, because children are welcome with us from the age of 5. An extra bed is available for 40.00 euros if you travel with more people than the room regularly holds. You do not book this online, but on request to servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de or by phone on +49 8321 3360. The Komfort Familienzimmer has two double beds or one double bed with two sofa beds, depending on the room, and offers space for up to four people.

You don't want to leave? We understand. For stays of 21 days or more, you get a 15 percent discount on the daily rate. Just tell us your desired period before booking, at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de, and we will calculate it for you.

An upgrade to a higher room category is possible upon request, subject to availability. Write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de, preferably with your name, the period, and the desired category. Then we will tell you what is available for your dates.

Children are welcome with us from the age of 5, we do not host babies or toddlers. The Bergsonne is a silent retreat for people looking for quiet and the building is not set up for small children: stairs and power outlets are unsecured. With children from the age of 5 you travel most comfortably in the Komfort Familienzimmer. Children count as a person for occupancy and price.

The service package is an integral part of your booking. It bundles external services and ongoing expenses that we coordinate for you, and according to § 10 UStG, some parts are not subject to VAT. Therefore, the individual components cannot be deducted. Our packages are calculated as a complete experience; unused individual components will not be refunded. The visitor's tax of 3.50 Euros per person per night is already included in all rates and is never added on top. As a business traveler, you are exempt from the visitor's tax.

You redeem your Animod voucher exclusively via the Animod voucher portal, using your voucher code. We cannot accept the voucher on site; redemption is strictly through this portal. If you need assistance with this, write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de.

The 55 Euros is the lower end of our price range. This value applies per person per night in a Smart Doppelzimmer when occupied by two people. Our prices are dynamic and depend on demand, weekends, and holidays. For your desired date, the booking system therefore shows you the current daily price, and only this price is binding. If you are flexible with your dates, tell us your possible period and the number of people, and we will find the cheapest nights for you.

For changes before your arrival, whether it's the period or the number of people, just write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de. Between 08:00 and 18:00, we will get back to you within an hour; outside these hours, at the next business time. We will pick you up from Sonthofen train station free of charge, during regular business hours from 08:00 to 18:00. Please register your transfer in advance by email at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de and tell us the day and arrival time. We do not provide transfers from Memmingen Airport, which is about 77 km away. A local taxi can take you to us from there, for about 120 Euros, for example Taxi Allgäu Drive at +49 8321 5000 or Sonthofer Taxi at +49 8321 4040.

Sonthofen train station is 5 km away from us. We will pick you up there free of charge during regular business hours from 08:00 to 18:00. Simply register your train station service in advance by email at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de.

Your room will be ready for you from 15:00, we cannot release it earlier. If you arrive in the Allgäu before then, just write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de: After consultation and depending on availability, we will store your luggage in the Workation area, and you can start your day before your PIN-Code arrives via email shortly before 15:00.

It's easy: Open your confirmation email and enter the PIN-Code at the hotel entrance. The code is personal and applies to the house and your room, there's no key to lose. If your phone battery is dead, you can charge it in the entrance area. And if nothing works at all, there's a sign in the entrance with our emergency number +49-171-1979017. One call is enough, and we will personally accompany you into the house.

No, nobody sleeps outside with us. On the display board in the entrance area, you'll find a charging option and charging cables for many phone types. No, your vacation doesn't start in the App Store. Your room key is a personal PIN-Code that you receive via email on your arrival day. Everything else, from the Maxibar to the Finnish sauna Alpen-Glühen, works through your smartphone's browser. No download, no storage space.

Yes, after consultation and depending on availability. We'll store your luggage in the Workation area so you can already spend time in the Allgäu before 3:00 PM. Just email us beforehand at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de, and we'll coordinate when you can drop it off and how you can get into the house.

You'll receive your key code for the house and your room via email shortly before 3:00 PM on your arrival day. Important: We need your personal email address. Placeholder addresses from booking portals won't reach you, so please provide your own address to ensure the code gets to you safely.

Your check-out is as uncomplicated as your check-in. You pack, close the room door behind you, and leave, completely without formalities. Your personal PIN-Code is valid until 10:30 AM, please vacate your room by then. We'll send you the invoice paperless via email if you wish. If you'd like to spend the day in the Allgäu, let us know: After consultation and depending on availability, we'll store your luggage in the Workation area.

We don't offer a later check-out; your room is yours until 10:30 AM. But you don't have to rush in the morning: Breakfast runs until 11:00 AM, so you can relax and stay seated after checking out. And if your train doesn't leave until the evening, we'll store your luggage in the Workation area after consultation and depending on availability.

Paperless and without waiting: We can send you your invoice by email at the end of your stay, if you wish. All individual items are listed, and accommodation and meals appear as one combined item. If you need a copy later or something isn't right, just email us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de.

In Bad Hindelang, you can reach Taxi Böck at +49 8324 2140 and Taxi Keller at +49 8324 636. A ride to Memmingen Airport with a local taxi costs around 120 Euros.

We don't have classic room service. However, the Maxibar in the entrance hall is open for you around the clock. You help yourself, book your consumption in the web app, and make yourself comfortable in the lounge or our common areas. Everything will be billed upon departure.

We clean your room every two days. This protects the environment and gives you your peace and quiet. We change towels at the same rhythm. If you need fresh towels in between, just hang out your door sign and you can get them anytime upon request.

You don't need to order anything, breakfast is always included with us. You simply come between 07:00 and 11:00, seven days a week. Whether you're an early bird or a relaxed late riser, you have time. Coffee specialties and tea are included.

Do your hiking socks need a wash? We have a laundry service. You simply register it via Lio, and it will take care of your request.

We don't have physical keys, so none can be lost. Instead, you receive your personal electronic PIN-Code. With it, you open the hotel entrance, your room, and the Finnish sauna. You decide who you share your electronic key with.

We deliberately do not have air conditioning. We cool with fresh Allgäu mountain air through the windows. Just open the window in the evening and take a deep breath. The windows are double and triple glazed, so the quiet remains.

We don't have a concierge in the traditional sense. Instead, Lio, our virtual assistant, is there for you. He's available around the clock, without an app, simply via your phone's browser. He can't carry things, hand them to you, or open doors, but he has an answer to almost every question. For a personal chat, you can reach Elke and Jörg Müller by appointment at any time; they will then come to the lounge.

We don't have a staffed front desk around the clock. Your access is digital: Shortly before 3:00 PM on your arrival day, you'll receive your personal PIN-Code via email, which gives you direct access to the house and your room. We are still reachable, though. Our team will get back to you within an hour daily between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and outside these hours, at the next business time. Yes, you can inquire about a few things with us. We don't offer massages or foot care in-house. However, we're happy to recommend external providers from the region: Claudia Grill, therapeutic massages and energy work, 0170 3224252, and Regina Weiss, podiatrist, 0176 27890198. You arrange the appointment directly yourself. Physiotherapy might be possible in-house by prior arrangement, but appointments in the region are scarce, so book early. In winter, we lend you snowshoes including poles. And if you prefer not to explore the mountains alone, we organize guided hikes upon request.

Dogs are very welcome here, up to two per room and generally in all room categories. The fee is 17.00 Euro per night; food is not included. You can only book your dog when making a direct reservation. If you booked through a portal and want to bring your dog, please let us know anyway. We will note your request and see what can be done on a case-by-case basis. Assistance dogs are always allowed and free of charge.

We don't have a safe, and we cannot store valuables in the house. That's why we don't have any keys that could be left lying around: Your room is opened exclusively by your personal electronic PIN-Code, and you decide who you share it with. It's best to keep particularly valuable items with you.

We don't have our own car rental service. But you're still mobile: Local taxi companies will take you anywhere, for example, Taxi Allgäu Drive at +49 8321 5000 or Arndt Taxi at +49 8321 68666. We are located at 900 meters directly at the foot of the Allgäu High Alps, and walking paths start right at our doorstep. On request, we can put together dog walks for you. At breakfast, your dog is welcome on a leash in the breakfast room, as well as in the lobby and on the terrace. For training and care, we work with the expert Peter; we can organize both on request.

Your dog is allowed to come to breakfast in the breakfast room on a leash. However, they are not allowed at the Marktplatz, our self-service counter. Please leave your dog in place briefly or ask someone in your company. Dogs are also not allowed in our Finnish sauna Alpen-Glühen. In the lobby and on the terrace, your four-legged friend is always welcome on a leash.

You cannot book a dog with us via booking portals, which is why there is no valid dog price there. We have a single price: 17.00 Euros per night, without food, and that applies to a direct booking. We don't offer in-house dog care, but we're happy to connect you with external providers. For dog training, we work with expert Peter; we organize training and care upon request. If the dog trainer stays in the house, it costs 50.00 Euro per night. Walking paths start right at our doorstep, and we can put together dog hiking routes for you if you wish. Please discuss special requests with us in advance, so everyone can enjoy their break.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free for you, throughout the house and in the outdoor area. Technically, you have 1 GB fiber optic and WiFi 7 available. The network is called Bergsonne Allgäu and is open, you don't need a password. You'll find the QR code to connect in your Gipfelbuch, on the website, and on the info TV.

Gladly. Elke Müller is in charge of the house, and her husband Jörg is there for you as well. You can arrange an appointment for a personal conversation at any time via Lio: Lio shows you the free slots, you pick one, and the two of them come to you in the lounge. Lio confirms the date and time for you. In urgent cases you can reach Elke or Jörg Müller on the emergency number +49-171-1979017.

Take what you need for your break, you don't have to pay anything on the spot. You enter your withdrawals yourself in the web app: scan the QR code at the Maxibar or open bergsonne-allgaeu.de/maxibar, select your room number, enter your last name, and tap the products you've taken. You can see the outstanding amount there at any time. Billing is automatically done upon your departure, encrypted via the payment service provider Stripe. If something goes wrong, Lio will explain the steps. Tip: using the share button on your smartphone you can add the page to your home screen as an app, so your tab is always at hand.

The Maxibar is cashless. You register a payment method once in the web app: credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, all via the Stripe payment page. Nothing is charged straight away, the settlement only follows when you depart. With a credit card you confirm via 3D Secure and TAN, so keep your phone or banking app ready. If the card does not work, try Apple Pay or Google Pay. Registration works fastest on the open WiFi Bergsonne Allgäu. If it still does not work, write to us at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de and our team will take care of it.

Yes, after prior consultation, we are happy to accept your special order for the Maxibar. Hot meals are not possible. However, you can always have something delivered by a delivery service; you order yourself and open the door for them. If your order reaches us by 11:00 AM, it will be ready for you on time.

The Maxibar is like the open fridge at a friend’s place: there for you around the clock and based on trust. You will find regional drinks, snacks and light meals, and the coffee machine at the Marktplatz belongs to it too. You take what you like and enter it in the web app. You can see the outstanding amount there at any time, and it is settled when you depart.

Lio is our virtual assistant. Not a person, not a robot, and not someone you'll meet in the hallway. He has no physical body and lives in your browser, you don't need an app for him. Because he is purely virtual, Lio cannot carry anything, hand anything over, or open doors. His strength is information. He answers your questions around the clock, tells you the price for your period, books our Finnish sauna Alpen-Glühen or the Co-Working space for you, takes laundry service requests, and recommends restaurants in the region. Lio cannot directly forward anything to our team. If you leave him your contact details, he will summarize the conversation and send it to us via email. No, Lio doesn't secretly listen in. He only becomes active when you address him directly, otherwise he remains in the background. Lio is a virtual assistant in your browser, so you decide when to open him. Cameras are exclusively in the public areas of the house, not in your room.

You can expect wooden furniture, plenty of storage space, and a sitting area, plus a flat-screen TV with a soundbar that you can connect to your own music via Bluetooth. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a hairdryer is provided. A kettle and microwave are available for you around the clock at the Marktplatz. The Bergsonne Allgäu Wi-Fi is open, free, and without a password, throughout the house and outdoors, via 1 GB fiber optic and WiFi 7.

There is no separate living area in the rooms. However, each room has a cozy sitting area, and in the lounge, you'll find even more space to put your feet up with a sofa, a panoramic spot leading to the terrace, and a comfortable corner.

Quiet. The windows are double and triple glazed, and the building materials are designed to noticeably dampen sound. The house is intended as a Smart Retreat for adults, so the atmosphere is accordingly considerate. And outside your window lies the silence of the mountain world at 900 m.

No, we consciously do without that. We cool our rooms by opening the windows, here at 900 m altitude in the Allgäu mountain air. A quick airing, and the night is pleasant.

Yes, briefly book your time in the Alpen-Glühen, our Finnish sauna, via Lio. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up. The sauna area is a communal area for all guests; private use is not available. Two hours are typical, and you can extend it anytime via Lio.

The Alpen-Glühen, our Finnish sauna, can be booked around the clock. Cleaning takes place in the morning, but there is no blocking window during this time. You book your time via Lio, preferably about 30 minutes beforehand.

We have one sauna: the Alpen-Glühen, a Finnish sauna, with infusions in various scents. We do not have any other types of saunas. If you are looking for water activities, you will find swimming, sailing, and SUP in the region.

Yes. The Alpen-Glühen, our Finnish sauna, includes shower and changing facilities, as well as a toilet. This allows you to freshen up in peace before and after your sauna session.

Once you have checked in, you book your sauna time in the Alpen-Glühen, our Finnish sauna, via Lio. Access works exactly like your room door, using your personal key code. If your mobility is restricted, please coordinate your sauna visit in advance with Elke Müller at +49-171-1979017. The sauna area is not barrier-free.

The use of the Alpen-Glühen, our Finnish sauna, is free for you. We do not offer massages or foot care ourselves. However, we are happy to provide you with contacts for providers from the region, with whom you settle directly.

Yes. In the Alpen-Glühen, our Finnish sauna, various scents are available for you in small bottles. One rule is important: The liquids are pure concentrates. Never pour them directly onto the hot stones, there is a risk of fire. We focus on cold products of the best quality and on the perfectly boiled egg: at the Marktplatz with 5 or 8 minutes, or on request freshly cooked in the kitchen and brought to your table, soft or medium. We clean with certified cleaning products and hot steam, and your room every two days. We change towels every second day; you can get fresh towels at any time via the door sign. It's best to discuss any further cleaning requests in advance by email at servus@bergsonne-allgaeu.de.

There is no refrigerator in the room. A guest refrigerator is available for your own drinks, food, and also for medicines. Please label your items with your room number, name, and date. The Maxibar in the entrance hall is there for you around the clock. For concentrated work, there is also our Co-Working area for 39,00 Euro per day, bookable via Lio.

The lounge has three light islands: the sofa, the panorama spot facing the terrace and the cosy corner. The remote control and a short guide are on the left of the large sliding door. A short press on the lower button switches between the three floor lamps. The round button on top turns the selected lamp on and off, and by gently turning it you dim it continuously. You can also ask Lio: Lio switches each of the three lamps individually, makes them brighter or darker and sets the light warmer or cooler.

The music in the house is selected for each area and plays automatically, so song requests or your own playlists are not possible. Turning it down is possible any time though: tell Lio where you are, in the foyer, in the guest room or in the lounge. Lio turns the speaker there down or mutes it, by default for 15 minutes, for 30 minutes at most. After that the music automatically returns to how it was. Your own music you listen to in your room via the soundbar over Bluetooth.

The showers have no step, they are almost flush with a slight drip edge of 7 mm, all passages are at least 81 cm wide, and everything inside is on one level, with generous turning circles. We provide aids such as a shower chair, toilet seat raiser, mobile grab bars, or rollator on site, as a package for 95,00 Euro per week, regardless of scope. Please tell us your needs directly when booking, so everything is prepared for your arrival.

Inside the house, everything is on one level, the elevator provides step-free access to all floors and is also suitable for electric wheelchairs, and all public areas are wheelchair accessible. Yes. Our elevator provides step-free access to all floors and is also suitable for electric wheelchairs. The cabin measures 110 x 140 cm, the door is 90 cm wide, and the load capacity is 630 kg or 8 people. The labeling in the elevator is also available in Braille.

We do not have a tactile guidance system, and Braille is exclusively found in the elevator, the other house information is not in Braille. However, the signage throughout the house is well readable and designed with high contrast, all areas you can use are brightly and glare-free lit, and the stairs have at least a handrail on one side. Assistance dogs are welcome here. If you can't find your way anywhere, just let us know.

There is also a mobile bathtub in the sauna area that you can use with a lift and under supervision; you can inquire about available times with Lio. All other public areas in the house are wheelchair accessible.

We cannot currently offer hearing amplifiers, and we also do not have an inductive hearing system or a wake-up service for guests with hearing impairments. What helps you: The flat-screen TV in the room has a soundbar that you can control individually via Bluetooth. The Wi-Fi is open and free, there is a free power outlet next to the bed, and in the house, you will find tables with bright, glare-free lighting and low ambient noise. An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically; as an alternative, there are stairs.

The hotel entrance has no steps, you roll into the house without a threshold. Inside everything is on one level too: the lift serves all floors and all public areas are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance that you are arriving in a wheelchair, then we will put out a ramp for you wherever one is needed.
